    4. Shipping & Logistics

    Charges Apply:

    Transportation fees apply for both Storage (Inbound)and Retrieval (Outbound)of Packaged Units.

    6. Overweight Surcharge

    Overweight Fee:

    0.05 ExpStor Credits per kg, per day.(Equivalent to 1.5 ExpStor Credits per kg for every 30-day cycle.)

  • Billing Standards & Rules

    1. Storage Fee Cycle

    Storage fees for each Packaged Unit are calculated on a daily basis. Charges are deducted daily at 00:01 AM, starting from the day following the completion of storage.

    2. Fee Cutoff for Retrieval

    To avoid storage charges on your scheduled Delivery Date, you must create your order and successfully pay all retrieval fees by 4:00 PM on the preceding day.

    3. Tiered Pricing Structure (Volume-Based)

    Storage and shipping fees follow a progressive discount model:

    • The unit price rate decreases as the volume increases.
    • This reduction continues until a specific volume threshold is reached, after which the rate remains constant.

    4. Mandatory Logistics Service

    No self-service drop-off or pickup is allowed. All storage and retrieval operations must be conducted exclusively through our company-managed transportation service.

    5. Minimum Volume Charge

    The minimum billable volume for each Packaged Unit is 0.03 CBM (cubic meters). Any unit with a volume less than 0.03 CBM will be charged as 0.03 CBM.

    6. One-Time Administrative Fee

    A one-time fee of 5 ExpStor Credits is charged upon label creation for each Packaged Unit.

    • Includes: Label generation, VOID seals label, system data entry, and shelving.

    7. Overweight Surcharge

    Each Packaged Unit has a weight limit based on its volume. Excess weight incurs a surcharge of 0.05 ExpStor Credits per kg, per day.

    • (Equivalent to 1.5 ExpStor Credits per kg for every 30-day cycle.)

    8. Minimum Shipping Fees

    A prepaid minimum shipping fee applies to all Fixed-Point Storage/Retrieval services:

    • Standard Areas: Minimum 80 ExpStor Credits. (If the calculated total is lower, 80 Credits will be charged).
    • Remote Areas: Minimum 180 ExpStor Credits. (Please refer to the list below for defined remote regions).

    9. Final Calculation Authority

    All final billing amounts are subject to the real-time calculation within the App system.

    10. Size & Weight Limits

    Each Packaged Unit must adhere to the following maximum limits:

    • Max Single Side Length: 150 cm
    • Max Total Linear Dimensions (L+W+H): 250 cm
    • Max Volume: 0.5 CBM
    • Max Weight: 40 KG

    11. Oversized/Overweight Handling

    For items exceeding 0.5 CBM in volume or 40 KG in weight, please contact our Customer Service Center for special arrangements.

  • Remote Area Policy

    1. Standard Service & Minimum Fee

    For all Fixed-Point (Door-to-Door) storage and delivery services, a prepaid minimum shipping fee of 80 ExpStor Credits applies.

    2. Definition of Remote Areas

    Any location NOT listed below, including all Walled Villages, is classified as a Remote Area.

    3. Inclusion of Major Housing Estates

    While it is impossible to list every single location, please note:

    • Major Public Housing Estates and Large Private Residential Complexes located outside the specific list below will still be treated as Standard Areas (subject to the 80 Credits minimum fee).

    4. Remote Area Fees

    • Minimum Shipping Fee: 180 ExpStor Credits for storage and delivery in Remote Areas.
    • Calculation Method: The shipping cost calculation logic (e.g., volume-based rates) remains identical to that of Standard Areas; only the minimum threshold is adjusted.
